Update:

I'm currently in the midst of exams so I haven't actually massaged for about a month and I noogle maybe 2-3x a week for at least an hour each.
I have also not been consistent in taking my herbs and vitamins so that probably affected my growth this month.
ATM I'm still a full C but it looks really small on my body Sad
Really hoping I will grow into a full D soon!!
I will definitely be getting back into taking my herbs and massages+noogling once this busy week is over!
I am also thinking of switching over to Ainterol PM once I'm finished with my Siriporn PM.
Currently I'm taking Vit E, Black Cohosh and Breast Actives during my Luteal phase.
During my follicular phase I take PM, Calcium and Wild Yam.
Still in the process of figuring out what works for me and what doesn't, so hopefully i find it soon!

Hi Everyone, Im so sorry for disappearing for such a long time.
I have been so busy with school and work and moving houses that I haven't been using my NB for close to 5 months Sad
I've switched PM brands to Ainterol now and I have been taking 3 capsules when on my period for 2 weeks then taking a break for the next 2 weeks after my period has ended.
However, I am not contemplating taking 1 or 2 capsules throughout and see how this works out in terms of growth.
I can feel the heaviness and swelling of my girls when I take PM while on my period however I feel that it goes down once I stop, hence I'm thinking of switching my program a little as it hasn't been the best yet.
Other supplements I am taking are black cohosh and fish oil.
If anyone has any suggestions or advice feel free to help!!
Also, I will start noogling again since I am now settled in my new place

Hi skyeeeee, good to see you back on the forums!Smile I'm kinda a newbie but your progress is amazing! Your starting size is what I'm aiming for too. If PM is working for you that's great! Have you tried BO before? Lol I feel like it would work great for you since you already have some size.

Hi everyone I'm sorry for not updating this space for so long!
I've stopped noogling for around 6 months but have gotten back to it since the 11/09/15 for around 30 minutes each day.. or more when I can afford to do so.
Herbs wise, I'm currently only taking PM (Ainterol x2) and massaging with PM cream once each night. I've tried many other herbs and routines as documented in this post (such as black cohosh, fenugreek etc). However, I find that what kickstarted my growth many years back was PM.
ATM I'm not cycling it because I find that cycling didn't do much for me in terms of growth besides upping my libido haha… so I will be taking 2 Pm tablets by Ainterol until the last day of my menstrual cycle then stopping it for a week and then starting on it again.
I'm still deciding if I should up my intake to 3 tablets during my period or keep it at 2!
Another change I made was that I have upgraded my NB to a large dome (tried it for the first time today because it only arrived this morning!!) Right now I'm just kicking myself for not doing that earlier because the swelling I get with the large domes are much better than what I got with the medium.. the only downside to this is that it really hurts around my ribs and the ring marks last much longer too.
So far, this are the changes I've made to my routine and the only consistent thing I've been taking are my herbs.

Throughout the month:
2x Ainterol PM
Fish Oil
Spirulina/Chorella
Vit E
Swisse Hair and Nails vitamins
Lycopene
Calcium

I'm thinking of adding gingko biloba to boost circulation as I've read that it can help!
Current bra size 32C or 32D depending on the cutting of the bras… but I am starting to fill out bras that were previously slightly loose while those bras that fit well are getting tight! Hope this is a good sign and not pre-menstrual swelling!!

@sweets93 I was tempted to take BO before but due to my age I steered away from it. I was going to take it but I read in some threads on this forum not to take it if you are too young because it may have some side effects although I cannot rmb what they are. Will have to do some research on that! Otherwise, it is something I definitely want to try!

Great that you're seeing results with PC. I do notice some great swelling with PC too.
I'm also E dominant, although I've low levels of estrogen, but even lower P.
And how do you feel with PM? Do You just take it during follicular, right?

And if some girls could help here, why not to take PM during luteal too, since the levels of hormones are both higher during luteal?

Saw palmetto is great for estrogen dominant people who need to lower their estrogen. I personally love having it because it helps me to block dht and keeps me from becoming estrogen dominant. I'm finally starting to have success with my combination that I am on!! I had to stop taking my thyroid meds after being on them my whole life bc they were causing me severe issues. Happy to report that so far I am losing weight in the right areas!! Just fighting to keep this belly weight down. I go to the doctor at the end of the month for blood work but not wanting to be back on synthroid. but I'm not sure what my blood pressure has been because I don't have a blood pressure monitor. most of the time I feel great, but I just want to make sure I'm ok for the most part. I eat heart healthy and pretty clean, and drink lots of water, so I am hoping that I will be ok. My period was actually LIGHTER and SHORTER after stopping the synthroid!! And I'm able to have bowel movements again!! I know, TMI, but if you're not pooping then that means toxins are building up in your body and you're not able to grow boobies or keep weight off. I suffered severe cystic acne while on Synthroid, and still have some left over skin issues to deal with from all the toxin build up from not being able to use the bathroom proper. All the water weight is coming off tho. I honestly feel better than I have in a long time. This is just my experience. Everyone is different tho, so don't do anything without first knowing what you are getting yourself into.
