I'm going to add a protein shake daily.
But isn't eating these boobie foods the same like take herbs?
They contain phytoestrogens, too, don't they?
I don't stick with affirmations because they don't help me anymore... I use it in every part of my life but here it doesn't feels right for me any more.You know the secret? I think it lead me here ;-)
I'm not sure if my boobies are out of puberty or not.
What age should I reach to take herbs?

I wouldn't be worrying about the food no, whole other league than taking concentrated herbs.
I mean maybe if you focused "soley" on boobie foods and ate nothing else then maybe you may have something to worry about but you wont be doing that
Proteins/building blocks/amino acids - all helps to build the body and also by placing more attention to the breasts and bringing circulation to them it will bring the goodness from the food to them and help that way. Having your age on your side is a huge plus!
I wouldn't even look at herbs until your at least 20
