I'm 18, would you recommend herbs for me?
In the moment I do massage twice a day with baby oil, listen to some subliminals/hypnosis and noogle..
Puberty started at age 12 (first signs of brrast growth, period with 13). My breasts never really developed! They stayed with a difference of 2" for years. Then they developed to 2.5". Then I tried hypnosis/affirmations and grew 1"..
I'll undergo a hormon test in 2 weeks.

Personally I would keep away from herbs at this stage. Its great your getting your hormones checked and if you are getting them done by a doctor have a chat to him/her about it and what herbs you were thinking of taking although most doctors don't know enough about them to comment, even more reason to give it a few years before you go down that route.
You will have heaps of growth hormone at your age which is fantastic so really work the non herbal angle first. Pay heaps of attention to your boobs with massaging and circulation exercises in the upper area (like rotational swinging of your arms in circles before you massage) and eat plenty of the good boobie food as stated above and give that a go first. PS if you grew that much in such a short space of time my goodness stick with the affirmations. The mind has the potential to manifest into the things you think about. Theres even papers on the mind/body connection.

I started puberty young too and I never really developed breasts into my mid 20's! Really... The body is a strange thing.
