Hey guys! So I've been browsing this site for quite a while (few months) and decided to finally really start my NBE program. I'm excited! I wanted to keep a thread to keep me motivated and stay on track! So far, I've tried FSO a while ago, it seemed to give some fullness but not growth. I also wasn't too fond of the smell of it, though. Besides that, I got pig placenta and took just a couple tablets before deciding to come back to that if I feel it's necessary. I'm really starting my program as of now with PM. I got Siriporn PM + Ro-bust cream and have been taking 100mg for the past four days. Nothing so far. I got a bad headache yesterday and didn't take the pill this morning and the headache seems to be better, but not gone. I'm not sure whether it's due to the PM. I plan to take a pill tonight and continue for a few days to see if my body adjusts. From what I've read, it seems the headache may be from hypoglycemia or estrogen dominance if its PM. I'm going to try taking honey/sugars when I get a headache if it comes back tomorrow and if that doesn't work I may try fenugreek or fennel with the PM. Thoughts of whether I'm too young to do PM? It seems like most people think at my age it should be fine, especially since it's a natural phytoestrogen. Furthermore, I'm fairly sure I'm done growing, though it's possible I'm not.

Going to post measurements as soon as I get a measuring tape haha! Any thoughts are welcome!

What size are you?
You dont look so small i think maybe you have a bit of constricted base to your breasts so they look smaller adding a small amount of progesterone cream or a pump could help round them out but really keep massaging that's important.
Pm might not be the best for everyone I would suggest trying it a little longer at least a month otherwise take a break then try bovine ovary take a look at tibetan113s program.

Just measured, looks like I'm 34.5 band (wide rib cage ), 40 across and 36.5 overbust. I took those measurements when leaning over.
Waist is 30.5 ( ) and hips around 37. That would put me around a 34DD, which is what I currently wear, but some of the bras definitely feel a little loose.
My breasts are kindof uneven though and I don't think they're very small but I'd like them bigger, firmer and perkier. Thank you for the advice BonitaDDs! Yeah I decided to get a hormone test this month so I might lay off on deciding about the PM until next month when I have results back. Oh also though headaches seem to be going away which I'm happy about! I'm going to try and massage a lot this month and think about getting a pump.

Nice measurements 34dd is more like a goal than start size for most haha your lucky and good idea with the test it should make finding what to take much easier your size will make growing them easier too.
