I'm looking for a cream or gel that gives instant swelling. I heard that l'arginine works but I cannot find any creams or gels. Also I heard the muscle rub can work but what kind do I get?

its looking like its hard to buy and if you can its a sexual performance cream for erections :s

the idea behind it is marvellous though isn't it. Id be keen to try it this winter as I loose all circulation in my hands.
I may google a recipe and see if you can make it up out the powder or liquid extract and try it that way
