I just got my progesterone cream and I'm confused about how often I should be taking it. Its the source naturals progesterone cream and the jar says to apply twice daily. But from reading some of the threads here it sounds like it should be once a day or even every few days! I know I need to apply it in different areas (chest, wrists etc) but is it ok to apply a very small amount to the breasts when I do my massage? Thanks for any advice!
