I'm looking for a brand of PM to buy. What's wrong with DIM? Isn't it a good anticarcinogenic agent?
I'm not sure if anything is wrong with DIM and from what I understand it's supposed to help improve estrogen metabolism but I find the PM dosage is quite low when combined with other things. I'm thinking of trying thanyaporn next, after I complete my one month liver cleanse and detox.

Over in the FAQs section, Lotus said that DIM would probably flush the estrogen from the PM out of your system faster than it would be used. So it would make the PM more inefficient.

This is the third time I've tried NBE, both previous times I didn't go whole haul and I gained nothing. This time I am going at it with Volufiline, Noogleberry, PM and progesterone cream, massage, supporting vitamins/minerals/amino acids/collagen and I don't skip anything. Hence why I think I overloaded on PM and am now stalling, but hopefully things will get going after this break
It takes a lot of commitment!
How long were you 'on' for? (you said on and off). This time I've been doing NBE since July last year, and have currently an 8 cm gain on my bust, 2 cm on my hips (nothing on my waist! yay!). Before I started PM in September I was on -only- Maca for a couple of months - I gained 4 cm on the bust in 3 weeks but I went up 4kg in that time so the weight was a little spread out. Maca is good for butt growth but it's also an adaptogen - meaning it balances hormones.
During my break now from PM I am on Maca again, I think it will help reset and balance

Thanks, I'll look into it. Also, where do you get your Eveline from? I also saw it on Ebay - it comes from Poland.

Interesting...I wonder why they would pair PM and DIM together in a supplement such as in Nature's Answer, if DIM makes PM less efficient..
