Work your way up slowly, and it works better, supposedly! So go up to 2 times a day, then 3.
You can take both, they're just fats. We get enough omega 6 in our typical western diet as it is, so that's why people might say don't take more if you're trying to balance it with omega 3. But if you're going to take more for other reasons,you may as well cancel it out with omega 3 :L
