Didn't pump again today. I can still see a slight mark on the inside of my left breast. Plus my breasts hurt like crazy. They're so sore! I couldn't stand the thought of pumping them while they're like that.

I'm considering waiting until April 1st to pump regularly. That way I can keep easier track of my progress with using suction. I plan on kicking my program into high gear that day, anyway.

Day 35 of my cycle, and my period still hasn't arrived! It always does this to me.

My MSM powder shipped yesterday. Hoping to have it by the beginning of this coming week.

About halfway through the month already! Time to start thinking of goals for next month.

Sounds like your already seeing progress with the pain and swelling. How many times do you massage a day? Its not that bad pumping with luteal. I always though hell no thatl hurt too much but to my suprise there was no pain at all
