Speaking of ugly things... we have tarantulas here.

Oh my gosh peggy I actually had a friend from where you live, and she was talking about the bugs there and I just wanted to scream! I can't imagine! We get house centipedes here that are long, thick, and super fast, but that's about it. The bugs there are no joke!!!

Those centipedes are also common here, but luckily we don't see them often. Also the tarantulas are very rare. Luckily there are no snakes here like in Australia or Thailand. :s

Centipedes are my #1 fear. 10/10 will scream and run away like the girl that I am. So glad the tarantulas are rare! Can you imagine just seeing them on a regular basis chilling inside buildings?! D: UGHH, we have snakes here, too. We have this one kind that moves really fast in this super exaggerated "s" shape. It's one of the freakiest things I've ever seen.
