loverstilly's progress

#21

Day 6, end of period: a solid 32.5"! Big Grin I do remember days when I was 30.5", but that was probably 2 to 3 years ago. I'm rather happy with my progress, but my near-goal is 34". If I dare to dream, it'll be 36".

Swelling was up to about 33" pre-period. Currently on PM, gingko. Will take PM till about day 13/14, and switch to fenugreek and vitex from day 14-28.

Photo updates in another 2 cycles and after cleanse.

So I'm still upset about my misshaped boobs, as I circled out in the nude photo.

I've still been trying out different bra sizes. The one with the lace and ribbons is a size 30D Marks and Spencers. Whereas the plain black on is a 32C VS.

Kind of like both the bras still leave some armpit space out and might misshape my boobs. What do you girls think?

My measurements currently: 27" under bust, 32.5" across

The black bra photo is a photo of a bra model on ASOS. It seems like her bra doesn't leave space at her armpit area. Is this how a properly fitted bra should look like???

And OMG GOAL BOOBS!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Those goals boobs are lovely! I think most people have that bit of space between their armpit and their bra strap. Try just reaching under the strap and pulling the bit of tissue near the armpit into the other side of the strap. That's what I do. I'm hoping that eventually that will train it to stay put.

I wish my shoulders were as narrow as yours.

First of all get yourself into a 28 inch band. we used to add 4-5 inches because bras had no elastic but they do now. Since you have a 5.5 inch difference between under and overbust your starting test bra size should be a 28dd/ or ddd/e (freya, curvy kate, avocado, comexim, british sites make 28 bands, When I went down in my band to my correct size I gained 2 cup sizes of fat that was in my armpit and my underbust dropped 1 from wearing too big of a band and too small of a cup. A sister size is up in band and down 1 cup size or down a band and up a cup size. After a few months in the right bra they will start to perk up that plus a caffeine based cream with a peptide will firm up your skin and add that to some push ups/inclines/butterfly presses where you tire at 10-12 reps (highest weight you can take since that builds muscle). Also hot/cold showers where you switch firms them up after a few months. The biggest part is the right bra; department stores, vs, and all american stores have put us in the wrong bras for far too long. Check out bra stop or miss underpinnings blog for extra fit advice; there are others but they are my favorite. I used these things to firm up after kindey/liver failure resulted in a 73 pound weight gain while not eating food so very unfair; I lost 28 pounds in 4 days and then lost the rest but the 4 day loss caused too much softness. I firmed them up significantly this way but they are not back to perfect by far. A cup size is not definite it is your overbust minus underbust so a woman with a 36 d will have 36 inch underbust, 4 inch projection from underbust, and 40 inches total projection while a women in a 30 ff will have 8 inch projection for 38 inches total but woman a very well may appear to have bigger breasts so just because someone has an f cup does not make their breasts large (avoid letterphobia). Your breasts appear to be bottom heavy (I have one top heavy and one bottom heavy breast oh joy) so look for bras that work for that. Bra stop and miss underpinnings blog, invest in your chest blog, my braadventures blog are all awesome for finding your true size and make sure to remeasure after a few months because you might have extra tissue that will migrate. Bra stop helps spend less money due to this too since women exchange the wrong bra on there all the time since if your underbust is less than 32 inches or over 40 inches american bras do not do the job since its cheaper to produce them in a smaller size range.

Hi blessedbreast, thanks for the tip I'll try that from now. I used to really hate my shoulders. Made me look like a lollipop. (big head on a stick) Then I went into a little big of weight lifting and they got slightly broader now.

Freeborn: It's a little tricky to get UK bras over here in Asia, but I'll try. Currently looking at Cleo by Panache.

Myboobs: why are your eyes lying? lol
And thank you, I do hope they bring me to my dream boobs Smile

I don't think your breasts are misshaped, they are round and beautiful, maybe with some fat transfer massages you could push that tissue that you don't like into the breasts, but it would be a very slow process...and I think you could fix it with the right bra too.
I envy your shoulders too!

Some updates:

I've been swamped with work lately and haven't had the time or mood to massage. And unfortunately that has regressed me a little, I feel. I think my boobs are not growing up to their potential even though I was taking PM/vitex/fenugreek.

I have identified massage (and/or noogle) to be very important aspects of NBE and after my busy period ends this Friday, I will commit to massaging my girls again, in hope of BEEEEG BOOBIES Big Grin

Yes, massage is so important! I keep saying I wish I'd known about it during puberty. My boobs would be so much bigger now! Hope you can find lots more time to dedicate to your program.
