I also found a bag of msm which I have had for a while and I've decided to start taking 1 teaspoon again every night. I remember having crazy dreams so I am interested to see if that happens again. I have a very wild imagination. As far as pumping goes I am usually doing it for 1-2 hours 3-4 times per week. At weekends I don't tend to do it since I am out of the house. I will keep going with my program for the next few weeks then update with my progress. Not bothering with the measuring tape so much this time around as I feel that taking pictures is the best way to document progress and shows me the changes much better than the measuring tape does. Also when I measure I tend to get a bit obsessed with it so I think for me it's better just not to do it!
