Im wondering if vit c with it is the key but then I didn't see if bon used that. I know msm and vit c are building blocks for new tissue collagen etc. And these girls were using high doses too. Apparently upping msm can help with wrinkles, detoxing and insomnia. I took 2gms last night before bed and slept straight thru! I rarely do that..

Following on from the MSM part although this is a HIGHLY complicated read (at least for me) but there's promise with MSM and protection from and treatment of breast cancer.

I have taken MSM for years and no booby growth! But it is not so for everyone. Don't forget to take extra vit C. I take 5g a day of MSM and 5-10g vit C throughout day - yes I megadose
Be aware that vit C is v acidic so you need to alkalise or use calcium ascorbate which is alkaline.
If starting out start small or you WILL have v bad detox reaction, migraine nausea etc. Test purity of MSM by dissolving in water - it should go perfectly clear if it is free of crap
For serum use just add to distilled water not tap or mineral water.

Man alive you must be healthy having that much vit c a day!!!! :p
But im upping my msm for all the wonderful benefits! Thanks for the tip re vit c being acidic. I never considered this. I have that liquid gel vit c everyone is raving about
