Well I just got my BO in the mail a few days ago so my NBE plan is now underway.
My mon always lived by K.I.S.S. or Keep It Simple Stupid lol so i decided to start out really simple and add things on as/if necessary later.
Womans daily multivite
500mg Swansons BO 3x daily
1000 mg MSM 3x daily
Protein shake 2x daily and a protein bar with lunch
10mins left side and 15mins right side female deer massage
So...thats it so far lol feel free to leave me feedback
My starting size is a 34C...but just barely lol
