Hello everyone,
I found this forum by mistake today. I am desperate to find info in ref to Puerina Mirifica and the interaction with Hypothyroidism. In other words is it safe to take it if my thyroid doesn't function as well?

Hope to learn lots from here. Any advice fully appreciated
