I remember you've said before that massaging tires your arm. My massage consists of 80 chi rotations both breasts simultaneously, left breast 60 rotations then right one (smaller) 80 rotations then I fat transfer the side of my boob to the middle 40 rotations each boob. Repeat 3-4 times. That way one arm gets to relax while the other massages.
BB is there a specific reason you're taking spearmint? PCOS? & are you taking it throughout the cycle or just follicular?
