I turned vegetarian 30 yrs ago and try to keep to a healthy diet .
I beleive your body is your temple and you get out what you put in
Since i been diagnose with rhumitoid artheritis i have avoided lung biopsy by consuming more herbals . I am a convert to natural foods to cure ailments .
