I haven't been consistent, but will start now. I know I'm sensitive to androgens so I'll been drinking spearmint tea here and there. Can someone please tell me how much spearmint to consume to lower your testosterones? Is a cup of tea everyday enough?

I read that two cups a day can lower testosterone for some people

I just happened to be looking at this. 2 cups but 5 grams per cup, which is about a heaping teaspoon or 4 typical tea bags:
