Hi all
I understand that mixing fenugreek extract with oil makes nice lotion that provides a lubrication for breast massage, however I wonder if you can just cover your breasts with a measured amount of fenugreek extract not mixed with oil and massage that in if you are able to prevent it from dripping/running everywhere? Would the fenugreek be absorbed in the same way, or is the oil important to aid absorption into the skin? I found when I mixed fenugreek extract with coconut oil, a lot of it remained behind as residue in the bowl I used to mix it and so I felt some of the fenugreek was beng wasted. When I tried mixing the fenugreek extract with olive oil, the two substances didn't combine (one was not soluble within the other).
After massage, do most of you feel like the lotion has been absorbed, or do you feel that there is a tacky residue still covering the breasts?
One further thing I am curious about is whether the phytoestrogenic herbs are most effective between days 7 and 14 of you menstural cycle as that's when your body is naturally producing most estrogen anyway?
Thank you! I really appreciate any advice.
