Red clover and fenugreek! lol. I didn't say you shouldn't take those! The fish oil is a whatev. I'm not sure it really directly means anything for NBE, but it certainly won't hurt anything.
RC is an estrogen and progestogen and fenugreek is a prolactin/galactagogue and adaptogen with some progestogenic effects. They're both useful and shouldn't compete much if at all. Pretty much complementary really.
I'm not saying they will or will not give results, but that they potentially might, and that you should give them some fair time to find out...
I'm also saying that you really don't need saw palmetto or spearmint, at least for NBE, because you don't seem to have excess androgens.
