OK, so I have dropped my BO routine program after 3 months and switched to UB (bought 6 months supply as I am getting too tired of so many additional pills popping along with BO).
I have following questions:
1. On the label it said 1 pill, 3 times per day. But when I was on BO program, I am taking 3 (250mg each) X 3times. So the question is can I take 2 UB pills * 3 or it would be too aggressive? BTW, why UB pills smell so stink compared to BO pills?
2. Many of you here oppose taking glandular program with herbal but on UB label, it has a small amount of WY and Ipriflavone blended in... So if I uptake the doses (ip=150mg (3 pills) or 450mg (9 pills), wy =45mg (3 pills) or 135 mg (9pills)) these amount seem contradict the senior NBErs have advised, now I am conflicted
3. Based on this UB label, and I am Progesterone deficient, can I take herbal supplement to balance it out?
