Last I took PM for the first half of my cycle and stopped during the second half while using PC twice daily until my period began, again, and then I started PM, again. I wanted to keep my program as simple as possible to get a grasp of what's working for me. Am I supposed to use PC everyday during the second half? Is PC enough or should I take another herb during the second half of my cycle? I saw FG at the store today so I was thinking about taking that during the second half along with PC. I've read through so many threads that everything is starting to blend into one another:-(
