Massage vs noogling! How to know which one to choose?

#1

Hi! I'm new here and tried the search feature, but can't seem to figure out the differences between noogling and massage in the results that would be achieved. I saw pics of the results of noogling, but couldn't find any on massage to know if there is a difference in shape or how a breast looks with each method. I'm guessing that noogling is an easy way of massage and yields better results? Advice anyone? I know that one may work better for me than the other, but was curious in common differences between the two.

For me noogling is better. It forces me to do it for a start, as I see the swelling, so it motivates me to continue. Massage never showed any results for me at all. My boobs swell to almost 2 cups larger for a few hours then back to flat, but it makes me feel positive, so that's why I like it.

Why not do both? I do both. I feel they are both beneficial in different ways. You can also get better swelling with pumping if you massage before pumping.

Thanks! I think I will do both after reading your responses, but I I'll have to start out with massage until my NB arrives. I have one more question - I have flaxseed oil, but I want to purchase PM and PG creme when NB arrives. I've read that it takes months for other herbs and such to leave your system after using and that if ur receptors are filled with the lesser product, they wont respond to a more potent product. Would massaging with FSO cause the PM cream to not work as well?

No. What you get through massage leaves your system really fast. 1 week max for pm cream. Since fso is weaker maybe 3 days is enough.
