So Im working on my breasts and butt at the same time. More butt than breasts though...
I heard that maca only works if your hormones are already unbalanced. I though would it be a good idea to balance first with mace for a while then try the fenugreek or saw palmetto to increase my estrogen. Or should I do the estrogen first?
