I think you can still drink whatever you want just in moderation. I still have my morning cup of coffee and a my dew at work. You just got make sure u drink plenty of water to balance it out that way you stay hydrated. Overall you should try and have a healthy balanced diet. And in my opnion the big NBE killer is stress. Thats what you really gotta be careful with.
