So I haven't been on in a while! I kind of gave up but after seeing so many people have such great progress I am back and more determined than ever.
I've ordered Booby Stacked cream and Flax seed oil and am still awaiting for them to come.
I Need to gain weight i'm 5'4 and 45 Kilos or pretty much 99 lbs for you americans!
How can I increase my natural progesterone but to be honest im not sure whether its progesterone im lacking or estrogen? they both play an important role and one without the other doesn't seek for progress!

Currently 32B with a small frame.
(used to be 32 C on levlen ed)
Is there any cheaper equivalent to noogleberry and could someone help me out with a NBE plan?
