Hi nooglers
I have a permanent circular dark ring marks developped after using NB
I use enough lubricant, medium pressure but those seem wont fade.
What to do?

I have them too. I'm the kind of person that marks up easily, and all of my marks take a long time to heal....I've already stopped for almost 2 and a half weeks and they're still here.

I think the only thing to do is stop noogling until your marks heal. Then when you start up again, pump with lower pressure and have shorter sessions, always using some sort of padding.
