Does Pain = Growth

#1

Hi Ladies,

I am new here. I have started to take

Morning=1* 500mg PM, 1*320 mg Saw Pametto, and 1000mg PABA
Night= 1* 500mg PM

This only on the first 14 days of my cycle
Last days of my cycle I take PC cream
I also noogle 30 mins a day

I am on month 2 of this routine, breast are firmer but no size change, I have only experienced light tingles

A. Should I increase herb dosage until I feel pain ?

and I have 3 questions for those who have successfully grown:

1. have you experience growing pains (do growing pain growth) ?
2. has your thyroid been painful (sharp pain)?
3. Does growth happen gradually or by spurt ?

Ladies, in any case I find this community and support wonderful. It is true there are many more thinsg more important in life and we do recognise that, But it's also important to share with other girls that feel that they have not reached their full potential with their feminity and sexiness and are willing to help each other in finding solutions.

XOxo

Hello frenchy,
I think 1000mg PM per day is quite high already, unless you are having thyroid problem. It really depends on your bra size, health condition, have had children or breastfeeding in the past etc. What brand of PM are you taking?

Some people may not experience 'growing pains' while growing but as for me, I'm having a constant day to day pain and it's different from my PMS pain. It has been a few cycles with no or little luteal swelling and I believe what I experience now is a slow and gradual growth.

Hi Aveh, Thanks for your reply, I am using this brand:

What are you using ? Are you also doing massages ?
Thanks for sharing your experience, I am under the impression that you need to have growing pains to grow.

My only concerned is that since I am taking PM i have occasional Thyroid pain. Other than this I am healthy and no kids and I am 29.
My current bra size is 34AA.

You seemed to know a lot about your hormonal status before PM, did you get a blood test to determine your levels?

Thank you

You are welcome. To be honest I'm still learning about all these NBE things Shy I don't get a real hormone test but I did an online test from Dr.Lee's website. I have been taking PM in the past and have no real results until I clear my system from PM - one month without PM and detox my body with fennel/fenugreek tea during luteal phase.

PM can give me headeache quickly so I know I have an excess estrogen when that happens with slightly higher dose, and you want to be careful with dosage when your body is already producing estrogen in follicular phase.

I have used Thanyaporn brand in the past and now using a non-brand PM bought on eBay from a seller in Thailand. I'm sorry I'm not familiar with your PM, maybe somebody else here may help you with that.

My routine is very simple, only using PM after menstruation, massaging with batter oil it's an infusion of olive oil and PM & cinnamon for circulation, PM & Asparagus racemosus or shatavari in luteal phase. Other than that I ensure enough calcium intake everyday and take Hyaluronic Acid occasionally because I always forgot to take HA Tongue

I don't know if PM is a good thing if you have a thyroid problem. Maybe some people here like Doll or tibetan who have thyroid problems can give better explanation about thyroid and herbs Smile

^ I don't have thyroid problems, but my friend does, and I always do the thyroid NBE researching for her. Haha!

When your thyroid hurts, is it like there feels like there's something in your throat? Can you feel it from the outside with your hand? Have you been diagnosed with thyroid problems already?

My friend's thyroid swells up in her throat when it acts up, and makes her feel like she needs to cough something up, but it's never been a sharp pain, so I'm not sure what that might say about your thyroid.

Most often, women with hypothyroidism will have estrogen dominance, meaning, they should take progesterone to counter it. Not sure if it's the same for those with hyperthyroidism. Since you're already using PC, maybe you should cut back on the PM, and try adding wild yam all month long for a slight progesterone boost (people will argue endlessly that WY doesn't convert into progesterone in the body, but all I know is, people use it because it Wworks one way or another). Saw Palmetto is usually recommended for those with thyroid problems, from what I've read, so that's fine.

Wish I could help you more or that I had some personal experience to draw from, sorry. Sad Tibetan really is the best one to ask on this type of thing. ^^;

As far as what's been said already, you are already at a pretty high dose, and if you do have thyroid problems, you should definitely be lowering your dose, if not getting rid of PM altogether. Also, pain does not necessarily mean growth, and even simple tingles are a good sign that something is happening, and the cells in your breasts are "waking up". However, I'm at month 2 of PM as well, and haven't been able to find my perfect dose yet, so I can't tell you from personal experience how my growth would come. But everyone's will be different, so it really doesn't do too much good to compare yourself to other people anyway.

Good luck, and if your thyroid is really giving you problems, you should consider stopping all herbs and talking to your doctor. You may even want to get a hormone test done to see what your best course of action would be as far as NBE.
