Hi everyone! I'm new to the NBE and am looking for exercises to help my breasts become perkier.
I'm also wondering if stuff like the shake weight or easy curves will help my breats round or perk.

hahaha shake weight...what a piece of crap.
If you want to lift the breast up by building up the muscle underneath it. You want to grow your fast twitch muscle fibers (two types fast and slow, slow are the bulky ones) So do pectoral exercises at 12-15 reps.
www.bodybuilding.com then go to exercises and they have videos with instructions for everything. Choose what you like and you can do.

You should try to go for breast massage. I am sure it will work for you.
