Hi Everyone,
A link to an article on wearing bras was posted by Lenneth, in the male section of the forum, in the thread: "When to start wearing a bra?" http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=14074&pid=64016#pid64016
Although the article is about wearing bras, it seems that some of the info would also apply to using NB's, Bravas, etc. As these are even more restrictive than bras, applying even more pressure to the chest wall.
This would make breast massage more important _after_ noogling. After all, lymph fluids can't get out of the breasts while noogling. This is especially true for those of us that noogle for long periods of time. I, myself, will sometimes noogle 8+ hours (overnight.)
