after we stop BB or UB, how much can we retain our growth?
i heard some lost , can anyone give any idea? how to maitain so we dont lose what we struggle so hard to get?

Well, from my personal experience I would say not to unless you start noticing the girls starting to shrink. Then go back on full dose until you recover and then do a maintenance dose. Of course, if they don't shrink, then no maintenance dose. I would like to be more specific but everyone is different, as you no doubt have noticed.
