This is such a wonderful site. I've been reading up on many programs and noticed that many are taking wild yam, as am I. However WY almost never converts to progesterone in our bodies. So why are we taking this and what are alternatives?
I use WY in my program and am beginning to question whether I should take it off. I've been growing
, so no complaints there...

I think a good alternative is Chasteberry, that's what I'm taking now.
