Hi everyone! I'm another newbie, in Australia! Have been lurking the boards for a little while, doing research and dreaming of bigger things to (hopefully) come!!!!

I'm 35 and going to start on a program with PM, will post pics and program later. There will probably be a bit of trial and error

Do try to take pics in a pose that you can repeat each time. We all know the temptation to try to get the best view by wriggling around, but what you need is a 'scientific' record of progress, not a glamour shot!
