Hello! I have never used noogle berry and have never heard of this method before today! I am very interested in trying it after everything ive heard but have a few questions! First of all i wanted to make sure that this method is safe for someone who has never had breast implants. Also is the noogleberry the same thing as a normal breast pump i could buy at like walmart or something? If not where can i buy a noogle berry?

breast pumps at wal-mart are for nursing and kind of squeeze and release the breast to express milk, the noogleberry kind of sucks your chest intothe domes and they stay that way until you take it off.
