Hello! I've been taking natureday liquid and pills since the 7/09/12 now and I grew 1 inch overnight after the 5th day.
From day 1 to 5 I drank 3 full droppers as recommanded on their site but I felt it was too much so I switched to 1 dropper + 3 pills.
On day 1-5 my nipples were so sore that I felt like they would fall off!!! I was very worried cause even during puberty I've never felt that so I googled and found that pregnant women would feel that because of the oetrogen rise.
Since I switched the doses I feel a lot better my nipples still hurt but it's totally bearable.
Is it possible that my body thinks that I'm pregnant because of the phyto oetrogen and that's why my breasts are growing?
If so then it's not permanent growth?!
