I'm just curious, are breast pumps/suction devices for 18 and older because of the purchasing of it, or because it won't be effective for anyone younger?

I cant see why someone younger couldnt use one as its basically just a type of massage as long as your using it carefully its rule probably just is the online purchasing side like ebay is over 18 and maybe because of the possibly adult nature of the product.
