Hi
I am wanting to take Omega 3 and as flax seeds are very high in this, and also help your boobs grow, I thought great.
I've been reading up and wanting clarification on some points, and wonder if anyone can answer my questions before I start taking it please:
1. Are flax seeds, flax seed capsules and flaxseed oil all the same thing, just different ways of taking it (so all the pros and cons are the same for each method)?
2. If you take flax seeds for a certain length of time does it stops your breasts growing (as it contains something which converts to testosterone, or something like that)?
3. I am on thyroxine for thyroid problems (can't remember if it's under or over active). Am I okay to take flax seeds/capsules/oil?
