I know there are a lot of threads on what people use and what is suggested but I am having a little trouble.. they are confusing me So right now I take MSM and fenugreek, and I also use ero-clevage cream and flax seed oil with massage every night. I just am wondering what else I should be taking and what dosage should I be using?? Any advice would be greatly apprieciated!! And how long till everyone has been seeing the effects of such?

I should probably add what else I take. I take doxycylin daily for a skin condition I have, I take Lamictal for bipolar. For weight loss I also am on Adipex-P right now, I also take CLA. And a Super B complex, a multivitamin and a probiotic everyday.. When I write it out it seems like a lot :/

I'm not sure about your medications you use, but you're off to a good start, although fenugreek is best when paired with other herbs. You should try adding red clover or hops (they're the most popular, but I prefer red clover). Also, adding saw palmetto might help as well, as it's helped a lot of women here.

Have you checked out the program threads here? Those will help you get an idea of everyone's exact regimen, and you can maybe base something off of one of those to start out (starting out simple is best, then add more the more you learn).

Stick with your program for three months to see if you're responding to it. Sometimes, progress comes fast, sometimes it comes very slow. But three months is usually when your body will start responding in the first month. If you find you aren't responding, try looking at something else, and give that a try. For some people, it will take a few different programs to find what works for them, just don't get discouraged.
