Welcome! So, what is your bra size? 34B? Are you at a healthy weight?
Since you're so young, do NOT take anything herbal, as it will only stunt your growth in the long run. If you can't reach your goal by 20, THEN you can start herbs without hurting your hormones.
You're still young, you have plenty of time to grow! You may just need to give it time. Who knows, you might end up that size on your own eventually!
If you want to make you you can grow as much as possible, try massaging everyday. Look through the forums and check out different massage techniques. Some women in their 20's have grown a few cup sizes with a year of massage, and since you're young, you'll probably grow much better! Make sure you're eating a healthy diet. If you're too thin, growing breasts will be harder. Look around and see what you can learn. There is also hypnotherapy that has helped a lot of ladies, too, if you'd like to try that!
