I am too wondering about this G cup you gals keep talking about. I have never even seen a bra in this size, I know they make them but its gotta be hard to find these and is this the result of being properly measured by a bra measure professional?

If so, I would truly like to know what they know to get these real measurements. I am 26.5 underbust, 33.5 bust and never measured my overbust, but I know its not that much smaller than the bust and I have a lot of room to fill out on the tops but toward the underbust, I look more fuller. I am small and no where near a C cup. And I am okay with that. I just have more of a triangle shape, slightly broad shoulders and it narrows down to the waist. So measurement crap, I never pay attention to because shape seems to affect where the volume goes.

Btw, I would imagine loads of cleavage with a G cup. That has got to be huge!

Honestly, your underbust measurement is basically your band size. I know it seems really tiny, but there's reason behind that. By using a band that is about the size of your underbust, it puts all the pressure on the band, not the straps, so not only does the band not move around all day long and your bra doesn't need constant readjusting, but it also prevents the back pain associated with all the weight being on the straps. Also, if you can immediately hook a bra on the tightest hook when trying it on, it's too big. You need one that you can barely hook on the loosest one; that way, over time, as the bra stretches, you can keep it at the proper tightness and continue to wear it properly for much longer.

This would make your band a 26 (that's so tiny, you're lucky!). It's impossible to say what your cup size would be; you'd have to try bras on in-store to figure that out (as I've said, ribcages come in all different shapes and sizes). You could try on a bigger band and smaller cup, and when you find your right cup fit, for every band size you go down, go up a cup size. If you wear your proper 26 band, I guarantee you'd actually be around a DD for that band! (Of course, no one will believe you when you tell them your cup size! Lol)

G cups aren't very common because most women wear the wrong bra sizes, so unless you have a specialty bra shop around your area that offers 30 bands and lower, you probably aren't going to see them sold outside the internet. ^^; I'm trying to find a shop around me that offers proper sizes, but I'm pretty doubtful that I'll find anything. I figure once I achieve my full growth, I'll figure my actual size out and just order it online. :/ Oh, if only they could make it more convenient...

Also, when figuring out your cup size, don't forget about double cups. There are AA's, DD's and FF's, etc. Some brands make them, some don't, so if you're ordering online you'll have to find out how they work their sizes (just like how some companies offer DDD's, and some offer E's, but they're the same size). Emily, I think that's the mistake you're making in your method to come to a G cup. I'm guessing a difference of 0 would be a AA, a difference of 1 would be an A cup, and a difference of 7 would be an F cup, not a G.
