I'm going to be starting my NBE journey tomorrow and I was just curious as to which I would buy based on everyone else's experience. Is it better to use Fenugreek Capsules or Extract? I saw where someone said that they used the Fenugreek Extract and would massage it in their breast, but others just took the capsules.

Also how long did it take everyone to start seeing results once they started their NBE journey? I'm very excited to begin because implants are not an option!

Any other opinions and advice is VERY appreciated

I use the capsules as of right now 1800mg of Fenugreek. But the liquid extract absorbs quicker and better from what I hear but I don't know anyone who uses the liquid extract, mostly because they are more expensive to really say.

I've seen great results with Fenugreek but remember to take a photoestrogen with it and a blood circulation herb too.

I started taking fenugreek and red clover just over a week ago, and i can tell u one thing...it works!! My breasts feel muh heavier and fuller already i say go for it!! Fenugreek capsules are probably better, however i have red clover extract so i massage that into my breasts every day, i think this combination is a very good way to start as it brings faster and visible results!!

Hey, I use fenugreek extract (from Greenbush). Although I have about a pound of fenugreek powder from mountainroseherbs, I find it easier and more convienent to use the extract. I do think that MRH's powder FG is stronger than Greenbush's FG extract because the former made me smell more like FG/maple surpy and it gave me headaches. But this could be the result of my lack of knowledge when it comes to weighing FG powder Anyone familiar with mountainroseherb's FG powder and know how much of it equals 1000 mg?

I use the capsules, and I'm quite happy with my results.

My first month of NBE, I only used FG while I researched what else I wanted to take with it. My girlies swelled up over a cup size that month, but completely went away after my monthly came to visit. :/

Now, however, with my SP and hops, I'm seeing amazing results. It's been 5 months or so since I added SP, and about 4 since adding red clover/hops (I switched them halfway through), and I've already gone from a full 32B to a full 32DD. They seem like they're staying this size already, and I can only expect them to grow even more.

Although some things work better for some people than others. Capsules are probably easier to start out with, but if that doesn't work, or you just want to try the extract to give your massage that extra "umph!", go for it! See what your body responds to best, and give it at least 3 months before saying it doesn't work. The initial growth will be the slowest.

just the other day I was reading something about "thermal activated" fenugreek. They recommend taking fenugreek this way to make sure you get the positive effects of the saponins only. Whatever that means. I didn´t look much further because of the lack of time to myself. However, I like the idea of having the grounded fenugreek (1 heaped teaspoon) with hot water. Over here in germany we had a food scandal with EHEC pathogen in fenugreek seeds. People were dying. I always have that in mind.
