Ah, Tribulus. Wonderful little herb, that.
The activity of Tribulus is commonly EXTREMELY misunderstood by its typical user - it DOES NOT DIRECTLY EFFECT T/E/P! AT ALL!
What Tribulus actually does is effect the LH/FSH balance in such a way that STIMULATES the entire endocrine system. In guys this means a boost to P and androgens. For girls this usually means an increase in P and E, though depending on various other factors in their bodies it may also elevate their T under certain circumstances.
I was actually using Trib in concert with Licorice and SP in my earlier anti-T staying program. The changed LH/FSH levels and hyped up endocrine system helped counteract some of the negative effects of licorice. But with the Licorice and SP effectively blocking the androgen and estrogen pathway, I quite literally wound up bringing my P up sky high. So I dropped the Trib...
It's a fun little herb... but be very careful with it, if your endocrine system is at all imbalanced, it'll only accelerate the imbalances. It can also lead to lactation under certain circumstances due to the LH/FSH relationship to that system.
