Exercises for a thinner midsection would include planking I suppose to tighten the muscles. I hate to say that you can't spot reduce fat and that you'd have to lose weight all over. Exercises that engage the muscles in your midsection could do some to get a smaller waist but not a whole lot.
You could try fat grafting massages to encourage the fat in your waist to move to your boobs. If you run a search on YouTube for Chiyomilk, you can go to her channel and see videos of how it's done. You basically rub the fat towards your boobs in firm single strokes.
Naturally estrogen make women's bodies store fat in the hips, bum and breasts but not the midsection so I was thinking an organic diet that could restore your hormonal balance plus estrogen increasing foods/herbs could give you an overall more feminine figure. Although it's just a theory.
