I got my butt from hardcore exercising, I just rubbed flaxseed oil on it every now and then to keep my booty plump. For breast, I started seeing results immediately! Within the first week, but that's because of my shape, when I gain fat it spreads out through my body, brasts and butt/thighs are the first things to get fat. SO this is just my experience, other women will exerience it differently, and if this doesn't work for you keep trying ok hun!!
My body is the same..I think. The places with most fat is my thighs, then my butt and then...my boobs I think (there's nothing else that has much fat). You mentioned when you gain fat; is that when you generally gain it from food or when you were trying to gain?
I do butt exercises but I don't have a gym or weights heavier than 4lbs (8lbs when I hold them both in one hand)
