That is progress!! That's great!!! oh and guess what? The med school I applied to said it's very likely I'll be getting in woooooooooooot!!! So by January of next year I should be starting med school! YAAAAAAAAAAY MEEEE!! lol sry im just too excited about this!
And omg I so know where u coming from with the privacy, mmy neice is constantly going into my pictures ugh.
I wish I felt my butt was a good size, I'm satisfied that I've gotten this far and it hasn't gone away but once I get back to college this fall I'll be using the gym to work out with the heavier weight and build my butt muscles even more to really get something back there, I current is 40" and after that it's 45"
Try the waist slimming belts first, they help you use a couple inches off your waist oh and I just discovered a new technique yesterday that can drastically pinch in your waist line.
So what you do is stand up and place your hands on the small of your waist [where your waist comes in] like you would when you place your hands on your hips and start "rolling" or squeezing that area, [your indexes and thumbs should pressing into the area and kneading sry im not good at explainations lol] do this for at least 5 minutes 3-4 times a day and you'll start to notice your waist getting more defined and curvy.
