ive been trying NBE for a few years and i recently discover that i cannot take anything that contain estrogen....

i have fibroadenoma:A benign (non-cancerous) breast tumor that is made of glandular and fibrous breast tissue. Fibroadenomas are very common in premenopausal women, and they can occur in groups. These lumps feel solid and smooth, and are usually not troublesome.

Im not in my premenopausal and all the blood test is normal.

Has anyone have this, and did NBE and got result?
And what did you try?

im a bit discourage coz i bought PM bottle and im kind of stuck with it... i wish i can use it but after 4 months on siriporn got no result and i stop for 3 omths now and still have (2 bottles left of this brand and 2 others bottles of PM herbal one)

i spend so much and got no result with anything that i bought ... i dont know what to do anymore

I think anything that gives results would also grow the fibroadenoma because both work the same way. You might try surgery to remove it or hopefully your body will break it down if you eat right. As a guess I'll say fresh red bell peppers and apples based on general info of what prevents it, but really I don't know. Other generally healthy food items include chia seeds, whole grain foods and either almonds or sunflower seeds. All 4-5 of those put together would at least be really good for you in general even if it doesn't help the fibroadenoma specifically.

Bolero is hops, white willow (similar to aspirin), soy, oats, filler, gelatin. Hops alone would be better and costs $1 instead of $60. The image looks like a stolen implant surgery picture. This is why buying your own herbs is better than most pills: scams. They might give minor results, but even if they do they're way overpriced for what you're getting.
