Thank you Doll. I think I will give red clover a try. It was quite a while back now and I was reading up on PM (I think it was the seller's webpage) and they said you can't take it if you have under/over active thyroid.
I rang a pharmasist up and they confirmed I can take red clover. Is PM only taken for breast enlargement? How widely known is this product? I am just wondering if my pharmasist knows of PM and would know if I could take it.
Also Doll - I think the pictures of the products you use are really good. I like it much better than just typing what you use, to actually see the product as well makes it a lot better, and us newbies to herbs know exactly what they are.
