How much of a difference did it make using pc? I must be doing something wrong or just am really impatient.

The only difference PC has made for me is it stabilized my imbalance, and I no longer have estrogen dominance symptoms. However, this is good, and means that I will be able to grow again. I also have only used it for one cycle so far, and won't be starting it again for another week or two. With the herbs I was using before, I wouldn't need to use PC every month, because they weren't raising my hormone levels enough. But now that I plan on taking PM, I will definitely need my PC every month to make sure I don't become E. dominant again. It works for everyone differently, too, so you may not necessarily be doing anything wrong at all. When my friend first started using it, she got over a full cup of swelling within the first few days, but lost it the next week when her monthly came, and hasn't gotten anywhere near that much swelling again.

I actually drink a glass of milk every day, although not as part of my NBE. Drinking a lot of milk may help some women, but for those of us taking all these herbs, I'm not really sure it would help any to add a bunch of xenoestrogens to the mix. I'd hate for that to be the thing that clogs up my estrogen receptors and prevents stronger estrogens from latching on and getting to work. I appreciate the thought, but please don't bring your spam into my page.

My new herb doses are definitely giving me swelling again. I think getting back to massage is helping as well. I'm really excited for my next growth spurt, and I imagine PM will be exactly what I need to get me there.
