Are you sure you're not estrogen dominant? Progesterone deficiency is what causes hot flashes in older women. Have you tried a progesterone cream yet? If not, you might want to look into it.
I love the boob massager. It can massage in ways your hands can't. I still prefer it WITH massage, but I think it's helping drain my lymphatic system. It feels very nice and is really easy to do while watching tv. And the upwards massage motion will help fight against sagging over time. I'm planning on buying a face massager like this to help thin my face.

I don't even know I went to doctors some time ago because the hot flashes were so bad and started spotting all month, they checked thyroid, hormones, even checked for cancer because of all symptoms....and they found nothing they said my hormones were fine but since the bleeding woulndnt stop and had ended up with anemia they gave me progesterone pills to hlp with spotting. They never said I lacked in progesterone so I don't know, I even went to a different doc for a second opinion and nothing, they just put me on BC. I have taken pc before it hlped somewhat, I still had hot flashes but not as bad. So Idk. They also told me no signs of early menopause or premenopause.
