I recently restarted my NBE program this time using liquid herbal extracts (fenugreek, saw palmetto, and red clover) because the liquid extracts are more potent and reduces the amount of pills I have to swallow. I was wondering if anyone else has used or is currently using liquid herbal extracts for NBE? If you are/have, how did/has it work(ed) for you?
